Why does one have to practise Yoga Ener-Chi?
When Chi/Qi (energy) is decreased, unbalanced, or stagnant for one long period of time, disease often follows. The misbalance can be produced by one or more of the following causes: stress, an unhealthy diet, inactivity, an harmful lifestyle, a wound, a traumatic experience, suppressed emotions and general illness.
Methods of Yoga Ener-Chi:
- Soft and slow movements in sitting and upright positions;
- Visualization and meditation techniques;
- Mastering a means of entering in close contact with all surrounding energy (nature);
- The sequences are simple, easy to retain, and employ tranquil and relaxing stances.
