The practice of QiGong, a discipline between tai chi and yoga, is excellent for reducing stress and anxiety and improving digestion.

Success Module 1: Perfect health (ZY Qi Gong exercises and visualizations)
Learn to relax, ground, align, revitalize and express yourself with :
– Self-massage (Taoist acupressure style)

Module 1 is designed for anyone who wants to energize themselves and get into shape.

FORMAT 5 days, from Wednesday July 12 to Sunday July 16, in the Laurentians (town of St-Jerome).

Day program:
Morning, daytime and evening practice
Walk in the forest to connect with the 5 elements
Swimming in the pool and practicing Qigong in the water
Discussion and sharing to transform emotions such as anger, frustration and depression into courage, inspiration and creativity so you can find a healthy, stable balance in your life.
Home-cooked, lactose-free, gluten-free cuisine.

Explanation and practice mainly are in French, but simultaneous translating is possible.
