400 Hour Training

If your wish is to adopt a new profession, such as nature therapist, naturopath or massage therapist, this authentic program in advanced holistic alternative medicine will provide you with the necessary tools to expand your practice.

After having completed this program, you will become a Tibetan Litho-Reflexology Practitioner. As such, you will be able to begin your career, or add this new and unique knowledge to your existing practice, or you could combine this program with other holistic training offered at Shanti College, such as massage therapy, QI GONG or Ayurveda.

Part 1: Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology

60 hrs

Part 2: Anti-Stress

60 hrs

Stress as explained by Buddhism: Anger, fear and their short and long term impacts on health
Study of personality types based on nature’s five elements
Symbolism, meditations, visualizations, and anti-stress breathing exercises
Spirituality-led music therapy utilizing bells and Tibetan singing bowls

Part 3: Traditional Knowledge

60 hrs

Theory on nature’s 5 elements and 3 humors of the physical constitution and human temperament
Study of the meridian system and reflexology zones
Relationship between the physical field and the vital field and their correlation with physical illnesses, mental and spiritual issues
Blockages within chakras, energy centers and incidence of physical ailments
Utilizing the pendulum as an instrument to verify the balance of the chakras

Part 4*: Tibetan Facial Harmony Therapy

30 hrs

Exfoliation
Mask preparation and application
Manual massage
Pressure Point Therapy
Tibetan bowl music
Ethical practices between client-practitioner

Part 5: Authentic Reflexology with the Gyamzo, tool used in the Tibetan monasteries

120 hrs

Virtues of the chemical elements, minerals, and crystals
Reflexology points on hands and feet
Teachings of the traditional remedies using meridians used for weight loss
Crystal work surrounding the head area in order to increase energy and concentration

Part 6: Techniques using the Dorji tool

40 hrs

Cleansing, filling, and stabilization of the organs and meridians
Muscular and Skeletal systems: Support of the vertebrae and skeletal system, neck and back pain, arm and leg related discomforts
Alignment of the Hara line (energetic and physical alignment)

Work experience (stages) in the clinic and at home/ Supervised practices: 50 hrs

Part 7: Professional Mentoring 100 hrs

30 hrs

Exercises and physical activities: 5 exercises of Tibetan yoga (Optional)
How to preserve one’s energy (Posture/ Breath/ Movement)
Professional Boundaries in Massage Therapy: Navigating Sexual Ethics and Conduct
Client-practitioner relations, safety, and security rules
Interview techniques, listening skills, and file maintenance
Ethical and professional aspects, including legal issues and marketing
Professional associations and their rules

Each component can be taken separately, the degree requires a total of 450 hrs.

RF 103 Module 3 Traditional knowledge of chakras / 5 elements / meridians

RF 104 Module 4 Treatment Techniques with Dorji

RF 107 Professional Coaching

*The 1-4 part can be replaced by a choice of the following options which will total 45 hrs:

Introduction to Numinous Resonance
Initiation to Reiki, 1, 2, 3 (for Reiki 3 a supplement will be required)
Introduction to Ayurveda
Pranayama, Mudras, Yoga

Free introductory conferences

Conferences will be followed by one hour of brief demonstrations on the various techniques, offered at a friendly price depending on registrations to the different workshops offered.

Dates are announced here.

Graduates will be able to repeat either the entire curriculum or some classes once for free if they choose to do so in order to refresh their knowledge.

Teacher

She is a global health practitioner trained in the following domains: Tibetan ceremonies of space purification, QI GONG, and REIKI, traditional and oriental massage techniques. Tanya studied QI GONG and TAI CHI in India, in the United States as well as in Europe. Tanya Dakhno-Lakeev followed the TAOIST way of the QI GONG Zhong Yuan under the mentorship of her great master, Xu Min Tang, a researcher in alternative healing methods and founder of Kundawell Healing Institute in Beijing.

Our diploma is recognized by professional associations of nature-therapy, naturopathy and massage therapy. Your training will enable you to provide professional care and hand out receipts for income tax purposes.

The program is offered both in a group in a class setting as well as an at-home study/homework and practice setting.
Investment of the training 9$/ hour. Fees include classes and exams as well as printed documents.
Various payment plans are offered with receipts corresponding to tuition fees.
Special conditions apply to those already practicing some forms of martial arts, acupuncture or massage therapy (a money/time unit system is in place to evaluate this opportunity to reduce cost).
Training will be available in French, English (Russian or Spanish depending on demand).
