Module 1: Perfect Health (Qi Gong Exercises) 150 hr Qigong Practitioner Certificate

- Nourish one’s vitality and direct one’s vital energy through slow, meditative movement: To relax, root, align, revitalize, and express oneself

- History and virtues of Qi Gong and the specification of the Zhong Yuan school
Module 2, 150 hrs: Feeling Energy (exercises and visualizations) with 300 hr Qigong Teacher Certificate
- Knowledge of the Qi/Chi meridians
- 5 elements and its presentations in seasons, weather, and food
- 6 therapeutic sounds for 6 major organs
- Cultivate one’s energy, strengthen one’s health, and develop the potential of the energy therapist
- Advanced visualization and meditation techniques
- Traditional and secret purification techniques of the mental process will be taught
Module 3, 300 hrs: Manipulating Energy (Health and Longevity Oriented Qi Gong Care) with 600 hr Qigong Practitioner and Massage Therapist Diploma
- Techniques of enhanced personal practice fundamental to each energetic therapist will be taught
- QI GONG healing methodology that analyses the causes of ailments suffered by many individuals is promoted
- Methods for diagnosing the causes of human impairment will be studied
- Knowledge will be transmitted on the blockages of the Qi/Chi meridians and the process of their opening
- Analysis and harmonization of the 3 dantian energy centers will be proposed by the practitioner’s 3rd eye intuition, hands, and intention
- Alignment of the client’s core being will be practiced
- Teaching of the QI GONG mantras used as secret healing remedies will take place
- Shiatsu style massage aiming to enhance global health tailored to everyone’s personal characteristics will be studied

Teacher
Tanya studied QI GONG and TAI CHI in India, in the United States as well as in Europe. She has considerable experience in various holistic methods and techniques. She is a global health practitioner trained in the following domains: Tibetan ceremonies of space purification, QI GONG, REIKI, traditional, and oriental massage techniques. Tanya also deepened her Vedic knowledge, providing conflict resolution and psychological consultations and using this approach with her clients. Tanya is also a mindfulness teacher. For more than twenty years, she has taught various classes, for example, Ayurvedic lifestyle, intuitive medicine, and therapeutic and Vedic yoga.
Tanya Dakhno-Lakeev followed the TAOIST way of the QI GONG Zhong Yuan under the mentorship of her great master, Xu Min Tang, a researcher in alternative healing methods and founder of Kundawell Healing Institute in Beijing.
