What you learn in this course?
– Understanding the age-old philosophy of Ayurveda (science of life) which is based on the confluence of the elements of fire and water combined with specific herbs;
– The selection of Ayurvedic herbs, fresh and dried, which are carefully chosen according to the specific Ayurvedic constitution and the problem you are treating.
You will learn how to pack them in muslin herbal sachets
Study how to use the medicated oil for 3 Ayurvedic Doshas (3 types of personality)
Then you perform a massage on all the main parts of the body: stomach, legs, arms, back and some specific pressure points that help the healing of the body in order to stimulate the blood circulation, which promotes faster healing and healthy skin.

This training is a module of the complete Ayurvedic massage and healing course.
Attend modules 1 (cranial massage), 2 (3rd eye massage), 3 (Potli therapy), 4 (arm and hand massage), 5 (leg massage) etc. to complete 400 or 1000 hours of massage therapy to be recognized as a massage therapist by professional associations and to be able to give receipts for insurance reimbursements.
