Ayurvedic massage therapy of the abdomen and chest is done to rejuvenate, relax and nourish the treatment area.
What do you learn in this course?
An understanding of the age-old philosophy of Ayurveda (science of life) which is based on the confluence of the 5 elements combined in a healing.
Suggested use of Ayurvedic oil for 3 types of personality.
Then you perform a massage on the main parts of the body using warm organic herbal oil: abdomen and chest and specific pressure points that help the body heal in order to stimulate blood circulation, which promotes faster healing and healthy skin.
Stimulation of the Marma (life energy) points, promoting rejuvenation while reducing muscle tension, and especially improving digestion, releasing symptoms of gas and bloating, and aiding in a healthy weight.
Certificate of Training: 10 hr certificate in massage therapy.
Certified training with a special price of 139 CAN, without travelling to India.

Receive your own treatment 2 times during the course.
For comfort, students can wear the top of the swimming costume. The treatment position is to lie on the massage table on your back.
