These two workshops provide comprehensive teaching on exploring and optimizing your subtle energy.

Content and Objectives:

• Understand and sense the subtle and vibrational energetic structure of your body and its impact on all aspects of your life.
• Learn how to measure and evaluate energetic vibrations, for yourself and others.
• Discover techniques to communicate with your subtle bodies and your divine essence.
• Develop your ability to sense energy.
• Master tools to purify, strengthen, and amplify your vital energy and energetic power.
• Use the frequencies of your mind to harmonize your energetic fields, centers, and channels for personal well-being and that of others.

Methodology:
Each workshop combines theory and practice, offering an immersive and therapeutic experience. You will receive personalized guidance from the instructor after the workshops to deepen your learning.

These sessions, rich in practical exercises, will help you reconnect with your inner energy and strengthen it for a more harmonious and balanced life.

All courses are certified and can be credited toward your membership with the naturopathy association and polarity training programs.
To become a naturopath or massage therapist, you need to complete 400 hours of training and issue receipts for professional consultations reimbursable by insurance.
