Certified Tantra Massage Practice
Have you heard the word Tantra in the media, usually linked to ecstatic Tantric sex and open relationships, or, in spiritual circles, to connection, transcendence and divine consciousness?
Which of the two speaks to you more? If it’s the first meaning that interests you, skip this article – it’s not for you.
Our Tantra practice is about transcendence and divine consciousness.
Representations of the sacred union of feminine and masculine TANTRA energy date back to the Indus Valley civilization (2000 BC), and there is a Hindu and a Tibetan Tantrism that emerged between 300 and 400 AD.
Unlike classical yoga, Tantric teachings refute the idea that Moksha liberation can only be achieved through rigorous asceticism and renunciation of sensual pleasures.
Tantric Buddhism has survived in Tibetan monasteries. Tantrism has greatly influenced many religions and spiritual traditions, including Shaivism, Buddhism, Vaishnavism and Jainism. This proves that Tantra is a universal method that can be practiced by anyone, even in everyday life, regardless of caste.
Sohan Viir Singh follows the traditions of spiritual India and his native Tibet. Today, he spreads the knowledge and secrets of White Tantra to us, Canadians open to divine concision.
According to Sohan, guru and teacher of yoga and Veda, the practice of Tantra is a kind of spiritual healing. And only students who surrender totally and whose hearts are open can follow his training.
Using Tantra massage therapy is a great responsibility for practitioners, and only those who are ready will be chosen by the teacher’s criteria.
If you are chosen, you are welcome to Shanti Holistic’s safe space for a complete training of body and mind.
The practice itself cannot be described here, but we can say that it is based on special breath work, imagination and the postures of yoga tai massage on the yoga mat on the floor.
The age preference for this course is between 20 and 60, and a relatively good physical condition is necessary to be able to correct the partner’s mind and body during the movements and postures.
The healing touch will be delicate; no sexual connotations are included in the Tantra massage therapy proposed here.
Explanation of the theory, self-orientation and then work in pares are planned during the course.
Certification of attendance is provided by the Shanti Holistic clinic, recognized by the local massage and naturopathy association.
Common ailments such as headaches, body aches, spinal misalignment and joint pain can be treated, as can mental and emotional blockages, thanks to Tantra therapy.
The practice will enable you to work with the vital power Prana, the energy channels Nadi and the chakras, which can be beneficial for any type of massage, professional or amateur.
